Associate Professor of Organization Studies at Izmir Bakircay University in Turkey.

I work on organization studies and organizational institutionalism. I'm interested in the role of organizations in the reproduction of societal inequalities, particularly organizational structures of disadvantage in the Syrian refugee crisis.
